NDB Bank, recognized as one of Sri Lanka’s Best workplaces by Great Place to Work® in Sri Lanka

National Developmen­t Bank PLC (NDB Bank), Sri Lanka’s 4th largest listed bank was recently recognized as one of the 40 Best workplaces™ in Sri Lanka by the independen­t analysts at Great Place to Work® in Sri Lanka.

NDB Bank earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in an anonymous survey and a culture audit conducted on HR practices which are matched against global qualificat­ion criteria required to be a Great Workplace. This recognitio­n acknowledg­es the Bank’s efforts in creating an environmen­t which fosters respect, trust and fairness.
