In order to inspire the long standing OIT Legend professionals at the OIT Employee Excellence Awards, was carried under 3 categories of employee success stories. ‘Outstanding Service Award’ was offered to the employees whom have been through the great success of the company from the inception. They were awarded for their contribution, loyalty and commitment towards achieving organisational mission and vision continuously in bridging the company to move forward in becoming the Local IT giant today.
As the 2nd category, OIT was delighted to announce the most ‘Outstanding Performance Awards’ at the Employee Excellence Awards 2019. Outstanding Performance Awards are targeted at best work methods carried by employees and project performance & delivery through the years of service. These OIT Legends showed remarkable and true commitment towards their job roles in achieving success to OIT. As the final most excited category became the ‘Outstanding Contribution Awards’. Also recognized as the Game Changers at OIT. These OIT visionary leaders with Game-changing ideas continued to create innovative new paths to change the landscape of IT industry. These game-changer employees’ changes the way that something is done, thought about, or made. OIT recognizing its employee’s Contribution towards changing innovations & making stronger teams to make OIT stand tall during the years of accomplishments is proud to honor the Outstanding Contribution award to these 10 game changers in their respective fields who have been legends to OIT success today.
The ceremony enlightened with an inspirational speech by award winning actor Kalabhooshana Jackson Anthony and followed by the Sri Lankan Television comedians Podi Malli, Gaminda Priyaviraj and Chuti Malli, Suneth Chithrananda for the moment of laughter and sharing experiences of their personal achievement. Also to the enjoyment of the invitees an instrumental music moment filled the awards celebrations by Covers Club and Buddhawatta School of Performing Arts.
