Manmandir Saree and Jewellery Store open doors in Main Street

Manmandir Saree and Jewellery store, the newest bridal shop to hit the streets of Pettah was opened on July 10 in Main Street recently.

Housed on a main floor and spread out in a spacious area of 2,000 square feet, Manmandir caters to fulfill all bridal necessitie­s under one roof. Sarees, jewellery items and more, imported from various countries could be easily purchased at affordable prices as the store puts emphasis on matching the budget requiremen­t of each client.

Nanadakuma­r who is the Manager of Manmandir has a wealth of experience in the bridal industry that spans over 22 years. Therefore, he is an expert when it comes to fabric, design and quality. “There are three objectives in opening the store. One is the budget or affordable prices, second is providing suitable items for a Sri Lankan bride and the third is providing all bridal needs under one roof,” Nanadakuma­r said. He further went on to say, “Many people are afraid to talk about their budget and will buy something unsatisfac­tory due to budget constraint­s. But in Manmandir we have high end designs done using affordable materials. So people don’t have to worry about money when coming to Manmandir.”

The name of the store is also fashioned to reflect the dedication and considerat­ion put forth towards giving the best for brides as ‘Manmandir’ stands for Wedding House.
