BHARYAWO THE STORY OF WIVES UNFURLS FROM TODAY

Sudharma Nethicumara’s latest tele drama production ‘Bharyawo’ will unspool on Sirasa TV from today at 9 pm on Sirasa TV from Monday to Thursday. “According to Buddhism wives are separated into seven categories. This tele drama talks about these seven types. Saranga Mendis directs this 100-episode tele drama but it is not a mega despite being telecast daily. It will come with a message to society especially to every woman who will in some way relate to the story. Our aim is to create a society with people who are caring and loving be it, parents, husbands and wives or children. This story caters to all classes in society,” said Sudharma.

A popular star cast including Lucky Dias, Sabeetha Perera, Dilhani Ekanayake, Channa Perera, Kanchana Mendis, Menaka Rajapaksa, Damitha Abeyratne, Bimal Jayakody, Nehara Pei r i s, Nimanthi Porage, Nilanthi Wijesinghe, Buddhadasa Vithanachchi, Niroshan Wijesinghe, Kumara Thirimadura, Piyumi Botheju, Sahan Ranwala and Madhani Malwatte play the key roles in Bharyawo.
