SISA DENIES ALL THE ‘ LIES ’

- NGWAKO MALATJI

COUTURE queen Uyanda Mbuli s

’ estranged man Sisa has likened the possibility of reconciling with the social butterfly to a sword

“hanging over my head ”.

I don t want her to move back “’ into my house. She could turn around any time and say I beat her up, even if I didn t.

’ It happened before and I m “’ scared it will happen again. It will be like a sword hanging over my head,” he says .

Sisa, who was speaking to Sunday World for the first time after Uyanda obtained a protection order against him at Midrand Magistrates Court a month ago,

’ was responding to speculation that he might reconcile with the former model. The magistrate “gave her permission to move back into the house if she so wishes because I don t pose

’ any threat to her. And if she moves “back and then phones the police and says I beat her up, the onus will be on me to prove that I didn t.

’ So there is that “danger, he says.

” Sisa also says that Uyanda hurt him profoundly, so he will only take her back into his life on the day Jesus Christ descends from heavens.

I did love her and that s why I “’ got married to her. But there is that trust issue.

How do you reconcile with a “woman who takes you to court and goes to the papers and says you battered her?

All I did was to restrain her, “wrestle the phone from her and delete the video she recorded of me. Though I accept the court s

“’ verdict that what I did constituted domestic violence, I did not beat her up, but she says I did. She hurt me and my dignity,” he says.

Asked if he had moved on and if he d ever walk down the aisle

’ again, he says: I haven t moved

“’ on and I don t even think of that

’ (marriage). Meanwhile, Uyanda s lawyers

’ have written to Sunday World demanding that we no longer write stories about her. We have obviously ignored their request.
