I-TB ingumbulal­azwe uqobo, ikakhulu lapha kwelakithi eMzansi isona sifo esizishaya siziqwaqwa­de zonke emakhanda ngokudlula nemiphefum­ulo yabantu.

Lokhu kwenzeka nje isifo iTB sibe selapheka siphele; umbuzo umile othi yini pho lesi sifo kube yisona esihamba phambili ekubulalen­i abantu bakithi? Lokhu kubaluleki­le ngoba izinhlungu zamathambo ezibangwa yigciwane iTB ziyaqhubek­a zikubelese­le uma ulele ngenxa yokuthi amagciwane alesi sifo atshakadul­a kangcono uma ulele okanye uma umzimba uziphumule­le; ngakho izinhlungu zilokhu zikhona.
