KWA CHONG SENG
Kwa Chong Seng is the chairman of ST Engineering and the Singapore Exchange. The former non-executive chairman of Olam International and managing director of Exxonmobil Asia Pacific is also the deputy chairman of the Public Service Commission and a fellow of the Academy of Engineering Singapore.
OMAR SHAHZAD
Omar Shahzad is the group CEO of Meinhardt Group. Under his leadership, the company has provided engineering services to high-profile projects locally and globally, including Tanjong Pagar Centre. In 2019, Meinhardt was commissioned by the Philippines’ San Miguel Corporation to help build the new Manila International Airport in Bulacan.

Shahzad Nasim is the group executive chairman of Meinhardt Group, one of the largest independent global engineering firms in the world. He worked his way up, raising capital to buy the company from its founding family in 2009. Key projects he has overseen include The Dubai Mall and The Sail @ Marina Bay. His son Omar Shahzad has been the company’s group CEO since 2014.

Yao Hsiao Tung is the executive chairman and CEO of leading contract manufacturing provider Hi-p—one of the topperforming billionaire stocks on the Singapore Exchange for the year as of April 2019, with over $1b market capitalisation. He was conferred an Honorary Doctorate by his alma mater, National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences, in 2009.
