Technolux Business Series features Merrychef oven and Taylor soft-serve equipment
The recently concluded Business Series conducted by Technolux featuring the Merrychef e2s Oven was a well-attended event that saw restaurateurs and business owners eagerly participating in the very informative business activity.
The highlight of the Business Series was the cooking demo conducted by Merrychef application chef Vincent Lee and Technolux’s corporate chefs Mathieu Amet and Juan Miguel Vengco, who prepared delicious dishes using the Merrychef Oven.
Accelerated and rapid cooking is an important feature of the said oven that differentiates it from the rest. This high-speed equipment cooks most food items in less than one minute, combining three heat technologies (tuned impingement, microwave, convection), which makes it 20 times faster than cooking food in a typical convection oven. Chefs and restaurant owners can use it to toast, bake, grill and prepare a wide range of fresh or frozen foods, such as sandwiches, pastries, pizzas, fish, meat and vegetables. What’s more, it is small enough to fit any kitchen setting.
