PATA hosts stress management seminar

-

The stress we experience in daily life continues to increase with the relentless advancement of technology, which demands speedy access to information, faster transactions and faster results. Thus, we need to identify the factors that cause such stress and equip ourselves with the tools to manage it.

It is for this reason that the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Philippines chapter is hosting the Mindfulness-Based Stress Management Seminar for those involved in the tourism and hospitality industry. The whole-day seminar/ workshop will be conducted by wellness guru Randy Bustamante at the Oakwood Premier at Joy Nostalg Center, Ortigas Business District in Pasig City on March 17. Registration onsite starts at 8:30 a.m.

The seminar/workshop will help the participant recognize and manage factors that eventually lead to stress, to equip him to meet the challenges of daily life.

The seminar fee of P1,500 includes lunch, morning and afternoon snacks, freefl coffee and a Certificate of Participation. Onsite exercises will be part of the whole-day event, requiring bigger space around each participant, thus limited seats are available.

Priority is given to those actively involved in the country’s tourism and hospitality industry, although those from other industries will be accepted if ticket purchases and reservations are made early with PATA trustee for education Pat Alberto, through 0918-9015099 or email mariaalberto@arktravelexpress.
