Robinsons Residences’ web series captures varying shades of Manila
Manila is cast in a new light in still and moving images captured through Robinsons Residences’ web series titled, “In Focus: Rediscovering Manila Through the Lens of Nigel Laxamana.”
The series immortalized and revealed Manila’s varying shades of culture and history through sceneries such as the Manila Bay sunset on Roxas Boulevard, as well as its unique shops and restaurants. “Manila is the city that feeds my creativity,” said Nigel Laxamana, one of the country’s up-and-coming photographers and the featured lensman in the web series. “In Focus lets you rediscover the radiance of Manila.”
The web series, made up of four episodes, can already be viewed on Robinsons Residences’ Facebook page. Each episode promises to make both Manila locals and tourists fall in love with the charming and historically rich city.
With “In Focus,” viewers are taken on a visual tour around Manila, with each episode highlighting a different facet of the city. The pilot episode features the city’s icons such as the Cultural Center of the Philippines and Manila Bay sunset; the second episode shows the blending of classic and modern architecture showing the locale’s semblances of the past merging with the present; the third explores Manila through its sumptuous food; lastly, the final episode goes right into Intramuros — the momentous walled city whose marvel makes it the perfect playground for any photographer.
The culturally rich Manila, with its medley of world-famous landmarks, is home to The Radiance Manila Bay — a two-tower residential development of Robinsons Residences that recently won the “Best Residential High-Rise Development in the Philippines” award at the prestigious International Property Awards.
Owning a unit in this condominium development is like owning a piece of history — a perk that is also highlighted in the series.
Aside from its enviable address, the condominium development features amenities to refresh the body and mind. With something for everyone in the family, residents can spend end-of-days and weekends at the 50-meter lap pool, meditation and exercise garden, activity lawn and playground for kids, or at the gazebos and sunset grove. For those who prefer the indoors, relaxation and fitness regimens can be practiced at the spa and sauna room, fully- equipped fitness center, videoke room and at the Wi-Fi reading lounge.
The Radiance Manila Bay offers quality-crafted living spaces, with choices of one to three-bedroom units. Dressing up the unit, its maintenance, and other services can be readily availed by homeowners through their exclusive access to Ring Rob Concierge — a pioneering web- based service that can be used through an app that can be downloaded in any smart phone or android.
