Three new exhibits at the MET
The Metropolitan Museum of Manila presents new exhibits starting this month: “Directions,” a sub-section of the Philippine Contemporary exhibition; “Beloved Mother: Icon of Devotion,” featuring Russian icons from the 19th century (on view until April 29); and “Bodegones: Kitchen Pictures,” still life paintings from the early 1990s from the BSP collection.

South Korean artists at ArtistSpace
Ayala Museum presents “Paintings that Speak, Poems with No Sound,” a collection of works by three female South Korean artists from the Mon Artizen group: Carla Kim “Hyesook Jang,” Sojung Lee, and Miae Jung. The exhibit runs until March 31.
