A tandem of young Cebuano young lawyers created an outsource platform to help micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and even big corporations navigate the pandemic-torn business environment.

Lawyers Karl Frederick Arriola and Ma. Leny Ignalaga established the KaLe, Inc., a startup company, which provides premium business and legal support services, allowing businesses to focus on their operations instead of worrying about legal matters.

“We know how challenging it is for Startups and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to run their ventures and simultaneously comply with government requirements in order to legitimize their business. This is why we are here to provide trustworthy and reliable services to assist entrepreneurs establish their companies so that they can focus more in managing their ventures,” said Arriola.

According to Ignalaga, business operations are run by people and managing them without an HR Manager will be an ordeal, “thus, KaLe offers HR/ Legal services that may be outsourced by new business owners. We can be the HR and Legal department of budding businesses.”

This outsourcing service focuses on legal matters and human resources management was created to make MSMEs thrive in the demanding new normal environment.

“People who run companies also manage property in line with their business. However, managing property takes more than just knowing what to buy and how much to pay for it. Along with buying property comes the responsibility of paying government taxes and making sure it has no encumbrances,” explained Kale’s senior partner lawyer Amylene Medina.

“We will help these business and property owners manage their assets so they can have peace of mind,” Medina added.
