PayMaya's inter-operability trials with GCash
A string of mobile games that has one of the presidential candidates of the 2016 Elections as main character became a "Liked" topic among Pinoy social mediaholics last week.
Screenshots of the titles "Duterte Fighting Crime" by TATAY, "Go Duterte" by Kulit Games and "Rody Fight - Game for Change" by Keybol were among the many that was shared in various social media platforms.
Screenshots of the game "HaraRun 2016" by Ranida Games - an endless runner that features all of the presidential candidates of the upcoming elections as playable characters - were also shared by Pinoy social media-holics.
Reports of inter-operability trials between PayMaya (formerly Smart eMoney, Inc.) and Globe's GCash service recently made rounds in various online media channels.
Various reports note that it is the "first successful trial of its kind in Southeast Asia," and that the inter-operability service is expected to help in the growth of mobile money usage in the country, which, in turn, is expected to help with the development of the country's electronic commerce sector
With the announced success of the trials, users of PayMaya in the country can soon send funds over other local mobile money systems like Globe's GCash.

That was exactly how the Third "Colour Me Ladies" Conference on March 5 went. The whole day activities included worship, testimonies filled with laughter and even some tears, and workshops that helped the soul. With the theme "Live Free," the event drew some 1,500 women from all over Cebu to the Pacific Ballroom of Waterfront Cebu City Hotel in Lahug.
The speakers included well-known inspirational speaker and wife of Peter Kairuz of CBN Asia's 700 Club, Christine Kairuz, who took to the stage asking everyone to say to someone at the table "God loves you the way you are, and loves you too much to leave you the way you are." It was the second year for Ms. Kairuz as keynote speaker. Popular TV and movie actress Jodi Sta. Maria gave a powerful testimony of how Jesus changed her life.
After lunch, the breakout workshops followed. Dr. Russell Makiling facilitated the workshop entitled "Live Free from the Bondage Within"; Dr. Jiji Harner was the speaker in "Live Free and be Emotionally Healthy," and Dr. Lina Fiel
