"Na-realiza ko na talkagang na-e-enjoy ko yung trabaho ko when I went to a long period without working.

"Pinakamahirap na decision sa career ko kasi ang tagal ko kay Tito Leo, nine years, almost ten years.

"Parang family ko na si Tito Leo. Nag-usap nga sila ng mom ko. Parang sabi raw ni Tito Leo sa mom ko na hindi lang ako ang mami-miss niya, pati ang mom ko.

"It's hard, pero naniniwala kasi ako sa kasabian na 'Youu don't grow in the comfort zone'

"So, parang masyado na akong komportable na I wanted to shake it up naman, shake up a littloe bit.

"And Viva was able to give me something na hindi maibigay sa akin ni Tito Leo - the guaranteed contract.

"Parang it wasn't really hard din to move with Viva because when I met with them, everyone, family company talaga sila.

"Like I said, 'Tito Leo was my family also, so yan ang hinahanap ko.

"Sa trabaho namin, in this type of arrangement, kailangan you have to be with someone who you see as fmaily alkso because this is not the typical business arrangement.

Albie confessed that he has (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) ADHD , his mental disorder is his biggest challenge as an actor.

When asked regarding the advantages and disadvantages of having this kind of mental disorder, Albie has this to expl ai n .....

"I don't really know what it's like to live without ADHD so hindi ko masasabi sa inyo ang advantage at disadvantage, kasi hindi ko siya ma-compar e.

Albie wholeheartedly embraced this disorder which he doesn't consider a disability.

"I really don't think of it as a disability anymore. I don't think it's a disability at all.

"I guess, mas marami lang akong energy, at ska yung mindi ko, maraming iniisip. Before a scene, maraming tumatakbo sa isip ko so marami akong gustong subukan sa eksena.

"At the same time, puwede rin maging hindrance yun. Kasi, sa dami ng mga tumatakbo sa utak ko, minsan naguguluhan ako sa eksena and it's my own fault.

"My mind is racing pero hindi ko talaga masasabi ang advantages at disadvantages because I don't know what's life like on the outside."
