Yeng Constantin­o already posts bail to avoid being arrested for cyber cr i me.

The Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Surigao del Norte issued a warrant of arrest against Yeng Constantin­o. The warrant was in relation to the horrible Siargao incident that the singer experience­d last year.

It was revealed that the papers from the said RTC was issued on December 12, 2019. The award-winning musician already posted bail to avoid being arrested for violating the Cybercrime Prevention Act.

KAMI learned that the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of the said province issued a warrant of arrest against the singer for violating the Cybercrime Prevention Act.

It can be remembered that the “Tawag ng Tanghalan” judge uploaded a controvers­ial vlog in 2019 that narrated her horrible experience when she and her husband went to Siargao for a vacation.

She bravely exposed the alleged negligence of Dr. Esterlina Tan, but many netizens did not agree with her and they called the act as “doctor shaming.”

Just today, January 10, Yeng already posted a bail amounting to 30 thousand pesos after learning that there is a warrant of arrest against her.

The camp of the “Pinoy Dream Academy” grand winner insisted that they were not given copies of the said warrant that was actually issued on December 12 last year.

In a previous article by KAMI, Yeng aired her reaction after winning her first best actress award during the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2019.

Yeng Constantin­o is a prominent singer and performer in the Philippine­s. She rose to fame after winning the first season of “Pinoy Dream Academy.”
