KING PROPERTIES HOLDS DENTAL EDUCATION CAMPAIGN FOR DAY CARE PUPILS

-

Pupils from Kasambagan, Panagdait, and Univille day care centers benefited from the dental education and meal-sharing activity of King Properties, the developer of Avenir condominium, last Oct. 18. During the event held in partnership with Juanito I. King Foundation Inc. ( JIKFI), the children were taught the proper way of brushing one’s teeth by Dr. John Daniel Villegas, an in-house dentist of JIKFI. The kids were also treated to fun games and were given dental kits and meal packs.

The outreach program was organized as a prelude to the construction activities to give the community a chance to warm up to the presence of their soon-to-be neighbor, Meridian by Avenir

Avenir, the high-rise project of King Properties, introduced itself to the constituents of Barangay Kasambagan, Cebu City where they plan to build their latest project, Meridian, by holding a dental education and meal-sharing activity on Oct. 18 at the barangay gym.

Held in partnership with Juanito I. King Foundation Inc. ( JIKFI), the event was attended by students, along with their parents and teachers, of Kasambagan, Panagdait, and Univille day care centers.

King Properties managing director Kenneth King delivered the welcome address, which was followed by a lecture on the proper way of brushing one’s teeth given by Dr. John Daniel Villegas, an in-house dentist of JIKFI.

Games were then held to reinforce the children’s understanding of the lecture, succeeded by the distribution of dental kits and meal packs.

The event wrapped up with a closing remarks of Kasambagan Barangay Captain Franklyn Ong.

The event was organized as a prelude to the construction activities to give the community a chance to warm up to the presence of their soon-to-be neighbor, Meridian by Avenir.

Following the success of Avenir, their first vertical development project, King Properties launched a second and equally ambitious high-rise, home-andoffice project, Meridian, during a groundbreaking ceremony on Golam Drive in the afternoon of Oct. 4. The event was followed by the blessing of the Avant offices at the Avenir building.

Conceived for flexibility and adaptability, the design boasts a total of 21 floors, five of which are allocated for BPO offices, while the upper floor levels are meant to accommodate 170 units of Home Office Suites.

Its list of amenities, besides the fundamental offers of most high-rise establishments (a fully-staffed concierge, a swimming pool, and a gym), will include 100 percent backup power generation, a fiber optics backbone, and telecom redundancy.

Avant, the premier business club of Avenir, was formulated to provide business solutions for its members and is meant to complement the provisions of the high-rise projects of King Properties.

Apart from leasing management services, Avant also gives its subscribers exclusive access to its business lounge and conference rooms. With its own offices, Avant is expected to boost its efficiency in serving their clients.

Construction of Meridian commences on December of this year and is expected to be completed on the fourth quarter of 2019. Units will be opened for sale on December 2017
