Grant and Summer
After many wonderful years of togetherness, Grant and Summer have finally decided to become husband and wife! Together with their parents Ian (+) and Ricamona Clark and Michael Shafer (+) and Socorro de Guia, the celebration of their marriage took place at the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral Church in Cebu City. As Summer walked down the aisle in a gown designed by Provonias, she looked every inch the perfect bride, just absolutely beautiful!
The massive entourage dressed in colors of grey and magenta, the line of 17 pairs of principal sponsors were as follows: Larry de Guia Jr. and Vilma Ouano, Louis Unchuan and Sally Isnani, Ishmael Limkakeng Jr. and Bessie Villamor, Jose Mari de Guia and Bettina Unchuan, Ramon Castillo Jr. and Adeline Castillo, Francisco Unchuan and Marissa Unchuan, Paulino Franco and Joyce Dizon, Rodulfo Roman Bigornia and Diana Ledesma, Romeo Alviso and Asteria Alviso, Danilo Mella and Rosario Mella, Nicholas Torres and Susan Torres, Jose Enrique de las Peñas and Jill de las Peñas, Rodolfo Perez and Menchu Clavano, Laurence Alaan and Alicia Alaan, Glenn Loop and Honey Loop, Dennis Garcia and Petite Garcia, and Eduardo Palacios and Ruth Palacios. Paul Matthew Beaton, the groom’s best friend for the past 25 years who flew in directly from Melbourne just for the wedding, was nonetheless his best man. The maid of honor was Tracy Reena Yap, one of the bride’s bestest friends! The groomsmen included Greg Jacobs, Giovanni Tadeo de Guia, Karl John Noel and Frederick Yao and the bridesmaids were Mary Grace Isnani, Chyrrell Pagaduan, Maya Franco and Kyra Cabaero. To complete the rest of the entourage, the secondary sponsors were Alexis Isnani and Nenette Isnani for the candle, Wesley Chiongbian and Laurice Chiongbian for the veil and Wolf Kekert and Kristalle Kekert for the cord. Harvey Kekert was the ring bearer while Aleanna Nina de Guia Agir, Sofia Isnani and Alexandra Jane Isnani were the flower girls. The grand and ever so beautiful reception was held at the Horizons at Oakridge Business Park, which followed shortly after. Decked in drapes, adorned with beautiful flowers by Pinky Chang and lit with a touch of candles made such an elegant evening! The cake, designed by Marissa Unchuan, stood attractively on the stage as the guests enjoyed the fantastic array buffet dinner by Creative Cuisine. Jude Bacalso on the other hand made the perfect host for the evening! As the evening went on, a slide show was presented on how the wedding afternoon event unfolded, was put together so accordingly by Marky Cantalejo of Leftfielder Productions and Franz Arrogante. The music that blended in with such beautiful photos touched many of us who just sat and watched and had a fabulous time!
As this day marks the moment Grant and Summer begin their life together as husband and wife, I can only wish for all the best in the years to come! Congratulations!
