Politician now pals with media after win

AN official who ran and won for a higher post, used to evade media interviews.

When reporters caledl him, he wouldn’t answer. When they texted him, it would take hours for him to reply, sometimes not at all. But since he won by a wide margin, this artistahin official started texting reporters, gloating about his win. He got more generous with his time when his opponent filed an election protest.

Terror boss at Palace of Justice

Justice is blind and deaf. Or so thinks an employee at the Palace of Justice, who squirms every time the boss walks in.

The Palace of Justice employee revealed that her boss is a terror machine, who does not mince words when displeased. The staff marvels at the range of the boss’ vocabulary when angry. “Pinaka- simple niyang balikas

namo kay ‘ bogo’,” the female employee said. Bzzzzz wonders if the boss has a dual persona with the friendly personalit­y taking over when talking to the media.

Jodi Sta. Maria’s annulment

Actress Jodi Sta. Maria, when asked about the status of the annulment of her marriage to Pampi Lacson, son of Sen. Panfilo Lacson, replied: “It’s on the way.”

Luage’s transfer to DWUP

A bee gave the Bzzzzz two reasons Rohama Luage, the woman whose body was found at the foot of a cliff in an upland barangay in Balamban town on May 23, was transferre­d from the office of a city councilor to the Division for the Welfare of the Urban Poor: ( 1) Councilor learned that Luage was allegedly having an affair with Mabini Barangay Captain Rey Oybenes and didn’t like it; ( 2) the Mabini barangay captain spread rumors about the rice supply for the city jail.
