ANG GROUP’S ROXAS IS FIRST DEALERSHIP INAUGURATED UNDER HYUNDAI MOTOR PH

-

Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) has opened the first dealership since officially taking over the distribution of Hyundai cars in the country six months ago in the capital city of Capiz in Aklan.

Situated in Barangay Bolo, this newest dealership has a land area of 3,783-sqm and will operate from Mondays to Saturdays starting 8a.m. to 5p.m. Its showroom can house up to four display vehicles, while the service area is equipped with six service bays that are ready to serve existing and soon-to-be owners.

Roxas, though now evolving as a center for trade and commerce, is the “Seafood Capital of the Philippines” because it is home to the richest fishing grounds and marine life sanctuaries. Aside from this, it is also recognized as the cleanest and greenest component city in Western Visayas. A testament of its commitment in ensuring a healthier and brighter future for its residents, as well as visitors.

Hyundai Motor resonates with these efforts towards creating a sustainable future. Rooted in its vision of Progress for Humanity, it aspires to take the lead in providing mobility that benefits both the people and the planet.

“It was just a few weeks ago when we had a special unveiling in Iloilo of our new MPV, the Stargazer. And today, we celebrate yet another milestone for the Ang Group, with the inauguration of Hyundai Roxas,” according to Mr. Young Uk Ko, Directing Coordinator for Aftersales of HMPH who represented the organization during the ceremonial event last Wednesday, December 7. “Alongside, Mr. Tonton, Mr. Tony, and their dedicated team, we are very excited to finally be here in this part of the Panay Island. We are grateful for their continued trust and confidence towards the Hyundai brand. And we look forward to helping them achieve more breakthroughs for years to come.”

The Ang Group, headed by Antonio “Tonton” Ang as chairman, is one of the network’s pioneers. A loyal and dedicated partner for over two decades, it has gone above and beyond to take care of Hyundai customers dating back to 2002 with Hyundai Iloilo. “We started construction in 2019, but when the pandemic hit last 2020, we struggled to finish the construction. Thankfully, after three years and overcoming that significant setback, I am proud and enthusiastic to finally welcome you all to our showroom,” says Mr. Tonton.

“Here at Hyundai Roxas, as with all our dealerships, we promise to continue offering high quality cars, products and services, because we value our clients’ time, hard work, and investment,” he adds. Capiznons can look forward to seeing Hyundai’s lineup of new models including the Creta, a subcompact SUV; the Palisade, a large-sized family SUV; the Tucson, a compact SUV; the Santa Fe, a mid-sized SUV; the Staria, a van; and the latest member, the Stargazer, an MPV.
