NREA HOLDS 2013 REVIEW CLASSES FOR WOULD-BE REALTY APPRAISERS
THE NATIONAL Real Estate Association (NREA) is currently holding its 2013 Comprehensive Seminar and Review for candidates for the Licensure Examinations for Real Estate Appraisers, scheduled to be held in July 2013 by the Professional Regulatory Board for Real Estate Service (PRBRES).
This will be conducted by NREA's formal education arm, the NREA Center for Real Estate Studies (NCRES), a service provider duly-registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
NCRES is also among the few accredited service provider by the Philippine Regulatory Board for Real Estate Service, it was announced by NREA Founder Jose V. Manalad, chairman of NCRES Board of Regents.
The review classes consists of 120 hour-sessions, held Saturdays and Sundays at NCRES Training Center, located at Ground Floor of Maya Building, EDSA, Cubao, Quezon City.
Prior to the setting up of its training facility, NCRES had earlier conducted off-station review classes for real estate licensure examinees in Baguio-CAR, Pangasinan, La Union, Pampanga, Cavite and Tarlac, among others, it was informed by NREA Treasurer Ernesto M. Angeles, NCRES Regent and Executive Director.
NCRES review participants for real estate brokers and appraisers captured top positions during the 2011, 2012 and 2013 PRBRES examinations, Prof. Angeles added.
