THERE i s no doubt about understanding the importance of education. Education is basically one of the most important tools that we can obtain to achieve a prosperous and harmonious life.

In fact, in the 21st century, education plays an even more significant role in other aspects of our life. If we come to think of it, this is the reason why even amidst pandemic our government is still pushing for classes to be continued.

Education in this new normal is being conducted as part of Learning Continuity Plan so that all Filipino learners can still have access to formal education even if we are in the war against coronavirus.

Needless to say, educators and teachers are surely doing their very best just to provide learners the best quality education at the safety of our own homes.

The implementation of distance learning modalities has been the very source of today’s l earning. Online learning, printed modules, and radio- television based approaches are all being conducted respectively depending on the available resources on the learner’s end.

These methods are designed to address the gap of our educational system and also to provide future opportunities for more l earning methods wherein science and technology can be integrated.

Distance learning are here because we are in need of it. There is no assurance when everything will be back to its normal state. However, with all the support that the government and the Department of Education has been providing –rest assured that we will always be prepared to face inevitable changes.

Let us hope that everything will be back to normal so that we can create again good and memorable school memories.
