DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A developer, was recognized recently by Lamudi Philippines for offering the best value for money among all residential condominium developers.

The recognition was a result of the nationwide study conducted by the property portal among 10,000 property buyers.

Lamudi Philippines revealed the results of the study during a gathering of leaders from the Philippine real estate industry at the Marquis Events Place in BGC, Taguig.

The event dubbed as “The Outlook” gathered real estate developers to discuss and share perspectives on what is next for the industry as well as recognize the industry’s best performers.

“There was a list of questions that was asked. And we hit 10,000 surveys which is ambitious but we did it in a span of six months,” Bhavna Suresh, Lamudi Philippines managing director, said on how the study was done by the property portal.

Jan Venturanza, DMCI Homes AVP for marketing, said the results of the study is a validation of the company’s value proposition to always make sure that clients get the value of the money they are investing.

“Our value proposition in DMCI Homes has always been ‘if we cannot offer something better, we might as well not do it.’ This is something we take to heart and the source of our pride,” he said.
