Sapphire Bloc holds topping-off ceremony of West Tower

Robinsons Residences, the residential brand of Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC), is right on track in the construction of The Sapphire Bloc, the company’s latest high-rise condominium project that will soon rise in the heart of the Ortigas Center in Pasig City.

Signalling the structural completion of The Sapphire Bloc was the recent topping off ceremony of its West Tower, the second building out of this four-tower complex. Once completed, it is expected to offer authentic city lifestyle for its residents.

The structural completion of the West Tower follows an earlier milestone for the company after its first building, the North Tower, has similarly been completed structurally last year. Units at the North Tower will be ready for turnover by the third quarter of this year.

Units at West Tower, meanwhile, will be ready for turnover by the second quarter of 2017. Construction of the North and West Towers comprises the condominium’s first phase of development.

Art Deco architecture will be one of the unique features of the development’s four residential buildings. This is characterized by bold colors, geometric shapes and linear symmetry that’s reminiscent of the roaring ‘20s and re-imagined for the contemporary times.

The development’s vibrant lifestyle bloc, meanwhile, boasts of an array of interesting shops and artisan restaurants that tell stories of beloved family histories and extensive travels in their gourmet menus.

Some of the biggest names in Philippine dining and leisure industry will also open at the condominium’s lifestyle bloc soon. Some of them are Moonshine Bar and the Cable Car known for craft beers and unconventionally refreshing cocktails. There’s also a store for indulgent finds like Sobremesa, Pie Face and The Stockpile.

Meanwhile, the Starbucks Reserve is now serving exotic, rare and exquisite coffee specialties for professionals, coffee lovers and for residents of The Sapphire Bloc.
