Gambino na kapwa nakakuha ng apat na tropeo. Iniuwi ni Childish ang Record at Song of the Year para sa kanyang hit single na This Is America— ang unang rap song na nanalo sa Grammy.
Wagi naman si Kacey para sa Album of the Year at Best Country Album para sa Golden Hour.
Tatlong Grammy awards ang iniuwi ni Lady Gaga kabilang ang Best Pop Solo Performance para sa Joanne (Where Do You Think You’re Goin’?) at ang Shallow kasama ang kanyang A Star Is Born co-star na si Bradley Cooper para sa Best Song Written for a Visual Medium at Best Pop Duo/ Group Performance.
