LAGOS MEETS OGUN... AS OTUNBA OLALEKAN BELLO’S SON WEDS BARRISTER OLADAPO GIWA’S DAUGHTER

Two prominent families; Barrister Hakeem Oladapo Giwa,

a prominent Lagos politician and Otunba Lekan Bello, regarded as one of the richest men from Ogun State, would pull all their weight and resources as their kids get married in a few weeks. Dimeji Bello, a spitting image of his billionaire father is a trained oil and gas analyst who specialises in Asset Inspection and Maintenance of oil wells. He is currently a Commercial Attaché at the Paris Stock Exchange Listed Assystem/ MPH, in Nigeria. His beautiful bride, Motunrayo, is a Lagos-based corporate communications executive and daughter of Barrister Giwa, a Russia-trained lawyer and respected name in the Lagos political circuit where he has been a major player for the past three decades. The bride’s father, on the other hand, is a former Commissioner of Finance in the administration of Otunba Gbenga Daniel and is the chairman of Finance and Commercial Services Limited, an investment banking and real estate firm. The bride’s big aunty is Mrs. Mosun Belo-Olusoga, chairman of Access Bank Plc. The new couple would also have royal backing as Otunba Bello and his wife, Yeye Adetokunbo, are very close to the Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Adetona, and have been dubbed his adopted children. The Giwa and Bello marriage is expected to bring together many old friends from the two states and across political and business divides.
