Lionel James Apanui Tuwairua was sentenced to 11 months’ jail for resisting police and twice breaching a protection order.

Failing to stop

Dylan Neil Jenner, 19, was fined $850 and disqualifi­ed from driving for nine months for failing to stop and driving with a sustained loss of traction on May 19.

Careless driving

Sebastian Crozier Little, 21, was fined $2000 and ordered to pay $300 reparation for careless driving and failing to provide his name and address.

Suspended driving

Shaybin Lewis Toshach, 29, was remanded to June 15 for sentence for driving while suspended on June 3.

Chea Foreman, 22, was sentenced to 50 hours’ community work and disqualifi­ed for six months for driving while suspended on May 26.

Drink-driving

Tafia Puapua was fined $900 and disqualifi­ed for eight months for driving with a blood alcohol level of 183mg in April.
