INVITATION FOR BID

Bid item: “Equipment for Professional Inspection Agency” Bid reference number: ÒªÁÇÃ-2018/IV.2.3.1 The eligible potential bidders are invited by Government Agency for Policy Coordination on State Property to submit their expression of interest for bid to supply “Equipment for Professional Inspection Agency”.

This bid is being advertised through e-procurement system, to obtain the detailed information and e-tender documents please access www.tender.gov.mn. It is available to purchase a complete set of bid documents in 50.000 MNT in TT payment term, prior submission of bid documents.

Bid shall be valid for 45 days since its opening date.

To be eligible for consideration of its bid, a bidder should qualify and submit financial and experience proof of the requirements as below:

1. Sales amount: average of the sales amount for the last 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017) shall be not less 30 percent than the proposed value;

2. The amount of easily convertible assets and the available loan: shall be not less than 60% of the proposed bid value;

3. The experience of similar work previously performed: similar works were implemented for the last 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017) shall be not less 30 percent than the proposed value; copies of work-contracts shall be submitted

Bid security for e-tender shall be in 2,000,000.00/two million/ MNT and done at any of the commercial banks which are authorized to issue e-bid security Bid must be delivered to e-system prior 15:30 o’clock on July 06, 2018 and will be opened in 16:00 o’clock on July 06, 2018 in the presence of the interested Bidders.

The foreigners are entitled to submit their bidding documents. National contractors’ priority will be referred.
