The offer to purchase must be submitted by the deadline in a sealed envelope clearly labeled "VEHICLE FOR SALE".

Offers that are too weak will not be considered.

In addition to the price offered, the purchaser will have to pay, at the French Embassy in Mongolia, a flat-rate tax of 11% of the sale price and to the Mongolian authorities, taxes according to the Mongolian legislation.
