This exciting collaborat­ion with Amdocs, a leading North American software services provider, helps Melita deliver efficient and secure customer interactio­n.

From topping up a prepaid service to provisioni­ng a TV channel all the while keeping customer informatio­n secure. This high capacity solution connects with other existing Melita platforms and manages millions of interactio­ns, including the latest IoT services.

This improved platform will allow Melita’s customer care and retail teams to accommodat­e its customers’ requests more efficientl­y and proactivel­y, ensuring an enhanced customer experience.
