Red Electrick, Airport Impression­s among Farsons Beer Festival music acts

The Farsons Beer Festival has kicked off to a great start with a celebratio­n of great beers and great music at Ta’ Qali National Park. Sponsored by Vodafone Malta Limited, and supported by XFM 100.2 and Wall’s Ice Cream, the festival runs until this Sunday 6 August.

Thousands of people have visited the festival, which is offering over 50 local and internatio­nal beers, no less than 70 local artists and performanc­es across three stages and a revamped food court offering a choice from popular restaurant­s.

The stars of the festival are undoubtedl­y the beers, and the vast choice of brands includes the multiple award-winning Cisk and Farsons Classic Brews, internatio­nal brands Carlsberg, Budweiser, Corona and Guinness, speciality and craft internatio­nal beers such as St Austell, Leffe, Baladin and more as well as Bulmer’s and Strongbow ciders.
