Reporting directly to the Directors of the School, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling general client enquiries, storing of information, answering telephones, dealing with office systems and procedures as well as other reception and administrative clerical duties which may be needed. The applicant should be smart, self motivated, have excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to work under pressure. The candidate must be fluent in both Russian and English and also proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience working with Russian clients and/or other Russian speaking clients will be considered an asset.
