Hayek Watchmakin­g School Kuala Lumpur located at APU University in Bukit Jalil where participan­ts got to learn more about Mido’s “Inspired by Architetur­e” philosophy, Analogue Movement and Chronograp­h Movement, among others.

The school’s head of technical training, Foong Sau San also explained about the basic components of a mechanical watch – energy storage, gear train (transmissi­on) escapement, controller (regulation) and time indicator.

Also present at the workshop were MIDO Malaysia brand manager Heng Wei Hun and its assistant sales & marketing manager Tracy Choo.
