Hayek Watchmaking School Kuala Lumpur located at APU University in Bukit Jalil where participants got to learn more about Mido’s “Inspired by Architeture” philosophy, Analogue Movement and Chronograph Movement, among others.
The school’s head of technical training, Foong Sau San also explained about the basic components of a mechanical watch – energy storage, gear train (transmission) escapement, controller (regulation) and time indicator.
Also present at the workshop were MIDO Malaysia brand manager Heng Wei Hun and its assistant sales & marketing manager Tracy Choo.
