‘Bridal cats’ steal the show at wedding
THREE “bridal cats” stole the limelight at a wedding ceremony in Kelantan, reported Harian Metro.
Wearing songket, flowery dresses and accessories, Louissa, Pocci and Snowy supported by their respective owners accompanied the bride, Nor Shahibah Yusoff, 23, on her walk to the wedding dais at a hall in Guchil Bayam, Kota Baru, last Saturday.
The groom, Wan Mohd Nasoha Wan Mohd Zain, 39, said the video of the three cats went viral after his cousin uploaded it on social media.
“I run a cat grooming service and my wife’s brother often sends his cat to my place. We became friends and I (eventually) got to know my wife,” he said, adding that they dated for about a year before tying the knot last August.
He added that although it was their special day, Louissa, Pocci and Snowy were the focus and many guests came to take pictures with the felines.

Berita Harian reported that the 1.5ha area around the Pengkalan Hulu Jamek Mosque has been fully utilised to grow various crops including chili plants, eggplants, hydroponic vegetables and fruits such as grapes, honey guava, jackfruit and mango.
Mosque secretary Sirat Abdullah, 63, said since 2018, the mosque has been promoting agricultural activities and the green agenda. The retired teacher said that all the homegrown agricultural produce and fertilisers brought the mosque profit when sold.
