Improved site with Propwall.my-StarProperty merger

PETALING JAYA: Malaysians will have a bigger, better avenue to buy, sell and rent residential and commercial properties under a move by Star Media Group Bhd to merge Propwall. my and StarProperty into a unified platform.

Beginning today, Propwall’s content and features will be available on the new and improved starproperty. my website.

The revamped website provides user-friendly features like predictive smart search, customised property match, automated mortgage estimation, an affordability calculator and virtual tours of homes, in addition to property insights and reviews.

During its launch at the StarProperty Awards 2019: Real Estate edition, Star Media Group CEO Andreas Vogiatzakis (pic) described the merger as a new milestone in the company’s growth.

“To streamline our offerings and leverage our position as custodian of the strongest English news source in the nation, we will be merging Propwall with StarProperty,” Vogiatzakis said.

“With this merger, we will form one unified product with a multitude of touchpoints for Malaysian property buyers, agents and developers,” he added.

The inclusion of Propwall.my will strengthen StarProperty’s ability to offer property insights through its print publications, website and mobile apps, exhibitions and talk sessions as well as highlight the best projects and talent in the industry through its various award shows.

StarProperty will also be launching two new mobile apps next month with tools and features to ease property buying and selling for both consumers and agents.
