> One of the most prominent structures in this city is Seri Perdana, the official residence of the Prime Minister. The building is open to visitors every day, except Friday.

> The pink Putra Mosque is another of the city’s distinctiv­e landmarks. It has a 115m minaret in rose-tinted granite which can be seen from miles away. It can accommodat­e 15,000 worshipper­s.
