PUTRAJAYA: The soft property sentiment in the country has brought about several affordable property offerings.

The StarProperty.my Fair marks its final day today at the IOI City Mall in Putrajaya, offering value for money properties in the Klang Valley, such as Zentro, which is targeted for launching in the next couple of months.

“Besides properties that we are showcasing in the fair such as Avens double storey terrace houses, as well as a high rise development soonto-complete within Bandar Puteri Puchong, we will be launching an affordable service apartment within the 16 Sierra township, dubbed Zentro.

“This high-rise property will be developed next to the SKVE Highway and 10 minutes to the MEX Highway interchange, with Sierra Zentro 1 shop offices placed next to the upcoming instalment,” said IOI Properties Group Bhd assistant sales and marketing manager Nicholas Poon.

This would be a first for the 16 Sierra township, as the units showcased here will be sold from just RM387,900 for a two-bedroom unit, complete with facilities such as a swimming pool, wading pool, gym, multipurpose room, covered playground and car parks for resident use.

Other developers offering similar properties include D-Hill Sdn Bhd (Knusford), Gamuda Land, Guocoland Malaysia Bhd, LBS Bina Group Bhd, Mah Sing Group, Maju Kuala Lumpur, Matrix Concept Holding Bhd, MRCB and OIB Group.

The rest were Putra Nilai Development Sdn Bhd, Seri Pajam Development, Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, SP Setia Bhd, Sunsuria Bhd, UEM Sunrise Bhd and premium partner Tropicana Corporation Bhd.

Fair visitor, B. Shashi, 36, from Puchong, said the fair has many offerings and is a good place for those unsure of available options to invest at the current market status.

“I hope that given the current situation, properties would be priced according to the afforda- bility of the masses, and not just based on the land value of a given area,” said Shashi.

The fair is held from 10am until 10pm today at the Ground floor and Lower Ground Floors of the mall.

Visitors who place bookings are eligible to participate in the Win A Home (WAH) Contest and stand a higher chance to walk away with a home at PJ Midtown, in Section 13, Petaling Jaya worth over half a million ringgit.

Visitors can also join the WAH Contest by counting the WAH logos or finishing the WAH crossword puzzle, and proceed to register at wah.starproperty.my for a chance to win attractive prizes worth up to RM50, besides gaining a chance to win the PJ Midtown serviced condominium.
