Masama’s new housing estate in Petra Jaya unveiled
KUCHING: Taman Jasmine at Jalan Depo is the latest upcoming property within the settlement spread of Kampung Semerah Padi in Petra Jaya.
Taman Jasmine comprising 12 units of double- storey semi-detached and 32 units of double- storey terrace offers living convenience in proximity to amenities such as schools, medical centres and other public facilities.

A show house in the new housing estate was opened by Assistant Housing Minister Datuk Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah in a ceremony yesterday.
According to Abdul Karim, Masama was contributing to the development of Kuching with its diverse construction activities.
“Housing construction has a multiplying effect on other industries leading to a more vibrant economic cycle to benefit everyone,” Abdul Karim said.
He expressed his wish to see more banks willing to provide easy loans to house buyers, and cooperate with housing developers.
A double-storey semidetached is priced at RM659,888 while a double- storey terrace at RM461,888 with discounts available to members of Dewan Usahawan Bumiputera Sarawak (DUBS) and early birds.
Present at yesterday’s opening were DUBS president Datuk Abang Helmi Tan Sri Ikhwan, Masama group managing director Juwita Drap and Masama group general manager Zain Abdullah.
