Preview on Bangsar Trade Centre this weekend

-

KUCHING: A special preview on Bangsar Trade Centre and the types of investment properties available for sale will be held at Four Points by Sheraton here this Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm.

It is slated to be a world class office and wholesale complex located in the heart of Klang Valley’s most trendy and affluent suburb.

It sits strategically along one of the country’s busiest highway linking Malaysia’s largest port to its federal capital of Kuala Lumpur.

The centre’s location in Jalan Pantai Baru offers immediate access to a full range of Klang Valley business activities and it is clearly visible from both directions of the Federal Highway.

Sandwiched between the country’s pre- eminent research university and its most sought-after retail megamall in MidValley, the centre is also well- served by a host of transport network linking it and its surrounding amenities to the wider Klang Valley spreading across the far reaches of the country and beyond.

Indeed, Bangsar Trade Centre has the advantage of a Light Rail Transit ( LRT) station built within its complex linking it directly to the Klang Valley’s major transport hub located at KL Sentral.

When completed, the centre will embody an iconic landmark with a distinctive blend of modern architecture, combined with outstanding location and prestigious amenities to make Jalan Pantai Baru one of Kuala Lumpur’s premier urban landmarks. The centre has been conceptualised as an integrated mixed development and purposebuilt business facility.

When completed, it will host a 378 rooms hotel to be managed in association with Best Western International Hotel, the world largest hotel chain, a conceptual Food & Beverage (F& B) wholesale mall and 30 floors of corporate office tower designed to attract blue- chip conglomerates and well established multinationals. The Bangsar Trade Centre Wholesale Centre is an innovative concept intended to serve businesses operating in the F& B industry.

Upon completion, the centre’s Wholesale Centre will have a total gross built- up area of approximately 435,000 sq ft spread over five floors of wholesale podium. With more than 400 lots, the Wholesale Centre offers an exciting variety of F& B merchandise where suppliers have the opportunity to showcase and buyers have the opportunity to source their products all in one location and under one roof.
