Started in 1957, Vistage has grown to over 23,000 members of CEOs and their senior executives with a combined annual sale of US$300 billion, employing more than three million people.

Vistage pursues its goals through the combination of four dynamic processes that work together to solve the age-old problem that it’s lonely at the top.

Vistage provides a unique group meeting for successful leaders from diverse, non-competing industries to gather once a month in confidential, problem-solving meetings with up to 16 CEOs, presidents or business owners, professionally facilitated by a Vistage Group Chair.

Vistage members receive monthly one-to-one coaching from their Group Chair, an objective business advisor offering advice, insight, accountability and support. They are also eligible to attend Expert Speaker Workshops in the smallgroup environment of the monthly meetings, so their content can be tailored to each member’s specific needs.
