Gamuda Land launches Experience Lounge

-

KOTA KINABALU: Gamuda Land has launched its very own Experience Lounge at its sales gallery in KK Times Square – a new feature that enables its customers to enjoy coffee during their visit to the gallery.

“In line with our unwavering commitment to ensure that we remain connected to our customers, we have relooked at the ways we engage with our community.

“Some of the key initiatives that we have put in place include revamping our sales galleries, making them more inviting as a place where our community can feel comfortable to drop by and hang out at any time to have a chat with our relationship managers, whom we have provided vigorous training to groom them into relationship managers instead of a typical sales team,” Bukit Bantayan Residences general manager Cheo Yuan Ping said at the launching of the lounge on Thursday.

“We have opened our doors to the surrounding community to enjoy a cuppa at the lounge with the addition of a new aromatic feature – a coffee stall run by Crack Inc Coffee.

“Crack Inc Coffee is a home grown brand from Kota Kinabalu known for its signature blend coffee beans, artisan coffee and special nitro cold brew,” Cheo added.

As an added benefit for its existing customers, all GL Friends members can now enjoy a good cup of coffee at the Experience Lounge and get a discount of 20% by flashing their loyalty card.

Cheo added that customers may also stop by at Gamuda Land Experience Lounge KK Times Square to pre-book their slot to preview the quality finishing of Bukit Bantayan Residences whereby two of the completed units in Cemara Tower are opened for viewing.
