ICG, Wazzan co-sponsor Horeca 2018
KUWAIT: Preparations for the Horeca Kuwait 2018 exhibition are steadily progressing and attracting more companies to take part in such an event that provides a golden opportunity to exchange expertise that meet the local market’s needs and future expansion plans. In this regard, Al-Wazzan Trading and Catering Company, the International Center Group (ICG) and Al-Zad recently announced their intention to take part in Horeca 2018.
Speaking on the occasion, AlWazzan’s General Manager Simon Khayyat stressed that Al-Wazzan supplies and distributes 100,000 meals on a daily basis. He added that the company is keen on winning customers and consumers’ trust as a ‘100 percent Kuwaiti company’ and one of the subsidiaries of the Mezzan Holding Group, which was founded by the late Jassem Mohammed Al-Wazzan in the early 1940s. He added that the company has a staff of over 1,800 employees and a fleet of over 160 trucks and warehouses.
Also speaking on the occasion, ICG’s General Manager Emad Shaker AlSamman stressed that ICG had a 57year career in the business. He added that ICG has a great reputation in catering in both Kuwait and the entire Middle East. He added that ICG had several subsidiary companies such as AlMohannad for Food Stuff; the exclusive agent of international brands. “We are always after perfection and are proud that our group comprises of a group of specialized and talented companies,” he added, pointing out that self-confidence was the key to rapid growth.
The Horeca Kuwait 2018 exhibition is due to be organized by Leaders Group in collaboration with Hospitality Services Company at the Kuwait International Fairgrounds in Mishref from January 15-17,2018.
