Zain main sponsor of Kuwait International Arabian Horse Festival

Zain, the leading telecommunications company in Kuwait, announced its main sponsorship of the Kuwait International Arabian Horse Festival 2017. The event is organized by the Arabian Horse Center - Bait Al Arab under the patronage of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

Zain’s support to this international competition came in line with the company’s belief in the importance of taking part in projects and initiatives that strengthen the valuable Arabian identity and cherished Kuwaiti culture, reflecting the vital role of the private sector in contributing to the preservation of the heritage, culture and history of Kuwait.

Zain took part in awarding the winners of the 6th International Championship - Arabian Horse Breeder Award, which attracted many purebred Arabian horse owners from inside and outside of Kuwait, as well as a large number of Arabian horse admirers from the public. The festival will also feature the All Nations Cup - Straight Egyptians competition that will be organized late February.

Zain stressed its keenness in providing the needed support and encouragement to all activities and initiatives that further pushes the national economic and touristic development wheel. The Kuwait International Arabian Horse Festival 2017 mainly aims at raising awareness about preserving the breed of the Arabian horse. The Arabian Horse Center - Bait Al Arab is considered an official organizer of horse breeding competitions both on local and international levels, and partners with the Hunting and Equestrian Club and ECAHO (European Conference of Arab Horse Organizations).
