The simian was with his owner two months ago when he was involved in a traffic accident. The man was found under the influence of drugs, and the monkey seemed in an abnormal condition too. His owner said he turned the animal into an addict so he could ‘have fun.’ PAAAFR contacted the Indonesian embassy and asked the orangutan be sent to Indonesia because its natural habitat is there, and is threatened with extinction.
