CAA to buy ICM

LOS ANGELES, Sept 29, (Agencies): Leading entertainm­ent and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA) announced the execution of a definitive agreement to acquire ICM Partners (ICM), one of the world’s premier entertainm­ent and sports agencies, to drive broader and more inclusive representa­tion as their clients, their work, and their brands shape culture.
