One of first banks to cooperate with MGRP: Al-Majdali
KUWAIT CITY, Feb 12: Fawzi Al-Majdali, Secretary General — Manpower and Government Restructuring Program (MGRP), hailed the genuine partnership that binds the (MGRP) and Kuwait Finance House (KFH) and the private sector in general in line with the government’s strategy that aims at strengthening partnership between the public and private sectors in efforts to achieve the national goals of comprehensive development.
Al-Majdali indicated in a press release on the sidelines of the Recruitment Forum held at the MGRP Headquarters in Reggie area, that KFH is considered among the first banks to cooperate with the MGRP in the recruitment and training fields. He praised the direct collaboration with KFH that offers its job opportunities to the job seekers and those registered in the program.
It’s worth noting that KFH’s participation in the Recruitment Forum themed “because you deserve” emanates from its endeavors to support the Kuwaiti youth in the labor market, while to effectively strengthen partnership with the government institutions in an attempt to achieve the common national goals and the comprehensive economic development.
This also serves in encouraging the youth to work in the private sector as this contributes in easing the burden laid on the government in the field of training, employing and absorbing the huge number of job seekers.
The Recruitment Forum included a presentation form KFH to demonstrate the available positions and vacancies in the bank.
Also, a specialized recruitment team from KFH was accessible at the MGRP Headquarters to receive recruitment applications, conduct interviews with applicants, and proceed with the recruitment procedures once candidates meet all recruitment.
KFH has a proven track record of excellence in the field of employing and training national labor. It received several awards in this regard.
KFH has recently held a comprehensive training program for 36 new recruitsin an attempt to improve their proficiency in banking transactions and financial services to better serve customersand meet their aspirations.
