KUWAIT CITY, Dec 6: The Constitutional Court recently received two more petitions against the justconcluded parliamentary elections, which along with the four previous petitions make the total number of petitions six.
A candidate from the Fifth Constituency Mahdi Al-Ajmi submitted one of the petitions through his counsel Lawyer Khalid Al-Mu- han. He faulted the procedures of the electoral conduct in his constituency, claiming lack of justice, equality, equal opportunity and excising some electorates.
He also alleged negation of the principle of comprehensive representation and violation of the Constitution.
