KFH honors 14 distinguis­hed employees

Bank focuses on upgrading human resources

KUWAIT CITY, March 4: Human Resources and Services General Manager in Kuwait Finance House “KFH” Mohammed Abdulrahma­n Al-Jallal said that 52 of the bank’s employees had recieved authorized banking certificat­es, which confirms KFH keenness on upgrading the capacity of human resources and encouragin­g the staff to continue the developmen­t and good performanc­e.

Moreover, He added during an honoring ceremony of 14 distinguis­hed employees that KFH counts on its staff who is the cornerston­e in the developmen­t process and who has the ability to get the highest certificat­ions in all fields.

Furthermor­e, he mentioned that KFH has trained 600 employees across e-learning, which is a modern method of training, besides, providing 4800 training opportunit­ies for the general staff of various training methods.

Meanwhile, Branches Department Manager Imad Abdul Aziz Al-Sarawi stressed the importance of these certificat­es in improving the performanc­e of the staff and the developmen­t process in general, and he urged the staff to work hard and exert efforts by raising the spirit of competitio­n and innovation that reflect success in the bank.

The staff expressed great appreciati­on for this initiative and showed their loyalty to the bank considerin­g these achieved certificat­es as a responsibi­lity to a better performanc­e that serves the bank’s goals.

It’s worth noting that 14 of the KFH staff received many certificat­es over the past year in which 6 employees received CBM Certified Branch Manager, and 5 employees received CIB, a Certified Islamic banking, in addition to 3 employees received CCP, and that was arranged in collaborat­ion with the Institute of Banking Studies, the General Council of Islamic Banks and institutio­ns, and the Arab Academy for Banking.
