Dr Sexy hosts ‘Girlfriendz – Cocktails and Conversations’

‘GIRLFRIENDZ – COCKTAILS and Conversations’ started to a full house of eager women and a few brave men who came out for a different type of fun.

This event, hosted By ShellyAnn ‘Dr Sexy’ Weeks, sex educator and media personality as part of her Girlfriends – The Ultimate Girl’s Night Out brand, was held recently at Triple Century Sports Bar.

By 7 p.m., all the seats were occupied and there was a line outside with patrons waiting to enter. The evening started off with Dr Sexy engaging the audience and playing games from Fake Orgasm to Drama Queen. It was not all fun and games as Sandra Smith, pension consultant from Jamaica National, did a presentation about planning for retirement.

Throughout the evening, the audience was entertained with various games and giveaways from sponsors: LIME, Jamaica National, Smirnoff, Baileys, Triple Century, Sweetie Confectionery, Cals Manufacturing, Sampars Cash & Carry and D’Tiffany Boutique.

“I designed ‘Girlfriendz’ to be a place where a busy lady can bring her friends and hang out while learning some pertinent details that she can use in her relationship and life in general,” said Dr Sexy.

‘Girlfriendz’ started in 2012 as something for single women to do on Valentine’s Day and it is now a movement which provides support for all the fabulous ladies.

‘Girlfriendz’ is all about motivating and teaching women to find their inner goddess while they indulge in the things that they love. The next staging is set for Sunday at the Triple Century Sports Bar.
