DECEMBER TRAFFIC REPORT
SANGSTER International Airport (SIA) is attributing 28 per cent year-over-year growth to 437,200 terminal passengers for December. This performance is three per cent lower than the December 2019 figure of 449,400 passengers. Norman Manley International Airport (NMIA) recorded a 47 per cent increase in air traffic to 159,800 passengers for December. SIA’S year-to-date traffic of 4.36 million passengers is 69 per cent higher than the 2.58 million passengers in January-december 2021, while NMIA had a 88 per cent increase in year-todate traffic of 1.56 million passengers compared to 830,500 passengers in the prior period.
EXECUTIVE AND DIRECTOR CHANGES
Lisa Lake resigned as a director of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited, effective December 31. Sagicor Financial Company Limited executive Andre Mousseau and Panjam Investment Limited Chief Executive Officer Joanna Banks were appointed to the board on December 31.
Christopher Yeung was recently approved as a Jamaica Stock Exchange Junior Market mentor.
Dominic Rampersad was appointed as a director of Guardian Holdings Limited, effective January 20, and will hold office until the company’s annual general meeting when he will be eligible for reappointment.
Christine Benjamin has been appointed head of VM Wealth Management Limited as the head of sales and client relations, effective January 20.
Douglas Lindo has resigned from the board of directors of The Limners and Bards Limited (The LAB) effective January 31. Lindo was the deputy chairman of the board and chairman of the audit committee.

A director of JFP Limited sold 25,000,000 shares to another director for a consideration of $38.75 million on December 12 while another director sold 12,462,766 shares at $1.55 while a connected party purchased 12,500,000 on December 21. A director of Consolidated Bakeries (Jamaica) Limited purchased 2,881,241 shares from P.A.M. Limited – Pooled Pension Equity Fund at $1.80 for a consideration of $5.19 million on January 11. A
connected party of Caribbean Producers (Jamaica) Limited sold 1,000,000 shares for a consideration of $10.55 million on January 12. A director of Jetcon Corporation Limited sold 300,000 shares at $1.05 on January 18.
Eppley Caribbean Property Fund – Value Fund repurchased 3,084 shares between January 9 to 11 for $134,754.50 and 788 shares at $45 each on January 13.
Main Event Entertainment Group Limited’s 2022 audited financials have been further delayed and should be filed by February 13.

Honey Bun (1982) Limited has declared a dividend of $0.12 to be paid on February 17 to shareholders on record as of February 3. This payment totals $56.55 million.
