Holiday Briefs

-

ROSANNA Davison has jetted out to Mauritius for the annual de Burgh family holiday. The model didn’t disappoint her followers as she posted her annual picture of herself in a bikini, right, which prompted a barrage of skinny shaming from online commentators.

But while Rosanna looked in great shape, nothing was said about hubby Wesley’s Instagram pic.

Rosanna posted a picture of Wesley enjoying the sun with arms that Arnie would be proud of. The Dr Quirkey heir looked to have bulked up his biceps in the last few months. Perhaps he’s hitting the keyboard with gusto and building up arm power to defend his wife from trolls.

RORY McILROY rang in the New Year in Ashford Castle for the second year in a row. The golfer was spotted in the Mayo castle dining with his new fiancée Erica Stoll. Last year Rory also opted for Ashford for his New Years celebrations. Perhaps it may be the venue for his upcoming wedding as the couple certainly seem to be fan of the five-star West of Ireland castle,

RONAN and Storm Keating flew to the Swiss Alps to celebrate the New year with Ronan’s children and their dog, Aussie the Pug.

But although Storm has teamed up with luxury underwear brand Myla to create a line in sexy knickers, she was spotted shopping for very practical thermal undies in M&S before she hit the slopes.

Ronan and Storm were seen perusing the thermals aisle after Christmas. So it seems that not even Bridget Jones style big pants can stop this loved-up pair’s passion.

NADIA Forde, meanwhile, spent the New Year away from her rugbyplaying boyfriend Dominic Day. The model flew into Ireland for the Dublin celebrations where she was on hand with RTÉ.

And I am told that the model will be ‘hanging around’ in Dublin for a few weeks as she catches up with family and friends.

IT’s the salon that all the stars flock to for a hair and beauty makeover. And now stylish Dublin beauty parlour, Brown sugar has had a makeover of its own. Celebs such as Lisa Fitzpatrick, Caroline Morahan and Darren Kennedy are all fans. Now it has gone all white with a re-do that is likely to go down well with its trendy clientele.
